Whether you’re gardening, cycling, hiking or golfing
this summer, your muscles will enjoy a stretch before
and after. When doing any activity, stretching will
help lengthen your muscles, reducing pressure on
your joints and increasing your range of motion.
It also reduces soreness in the days after being
active and helps keep your body limber and flexible.
Stretching after any activity is also a good way to
gently slow down your heart rate.
