1;Balance is important. if you have a lot
going on, know what your priorities are,
like your family, but then make room for a
variety of other things in your life.
2;Challenge yourself to try new things and
push yourself further. i love getting through
something that i was scared to try.
3;Keep a positive attitude about your fitness
and life in general. Where my mind goes,
my body follows. if you change your
thoughts, you will feel better physically.
4;Eat healthy, even when it may be easier,
or tempting, not to.

process, not just the destination. it can’t
only be about winning or reaching your

remind yourself how great you feel when

the days when you’re tired or sore that

moment, decision or movement count.

motivated, take a moment to reflect and
get perspective. You may be tired, but you
can push through that.

skating never feels like “work” because i
