ZZest for life! If you ask a dozen people how they care for themselves, you will likely get as many answers. It comes down to taking time for ourselves to support our wellbeing. It sounds luxurious, but self- care doesn’t have to be pricey. For example, you can: • Go for a walk • Do a crossword puzzle • Hang out with friends • Stretch • Eat a good meal • Read a book • Have a bath.
