Study shows a non-digestible carbohydrate
could help keep the pounds off

An apple a day keeps the doctor
away. But the humble banana just
might hold the key to healthy weight.

as onions, garlic and chicory root)
contain oligofructose, a dietary fibre
that helps good bacteria grow in
your gut, or gastrointestinal tract.
